We ship with DHL depending on weight of the package and destination of delivery.
ATTENTION! Please note that the products which packing size heavier than 31.5 kg, or larger than 120 cm x 60cm x 60 cm and/or weight can only be shipped by freight carrier! These shipping costs are calculated according to weight and size of the item and the delivery destination. So the shipping costs can only be calculated AFTER your order. The stated shipping cost for the article of 0,00 EUR so do not apply in this case. Please only pay for this product when we send you an invoice with the detailed transport costs. Prepayment
Advance payments can be made by bank transfer to the account which is nominated in the confirmation of the order. Delivery will be made after full payment is received. Please note that it can take up to 5 days, until the amount is credited to the account of IMPEK. When the payment isn´t received after 10 days, the order gets canceled automatically.

Cash on delivery
For cash payments, we charge an additional handling fee. Cash payments made in cash to the packet messenger. (Please make sure, to have the exact amount ready at delivery since the package messengers often do not have any change!) Please note that GLS, DHL and UPS charges extracosts for the delivery which are not mentioned in our invoice. We can offer this transfermethod only within Germany.

Payment in cash

If you collect the goods on appointment directly with us in Berlin, you pay in cash on the spot. There are no additional fees here.

PayPal

You pay directly when ordering(+3% surcharge on the total price) and receive the goods conveniently delivered to your home.
